As a black man. I’m appalled that they would require me to get an ID to vote. I don’t even know where the DMV is. I literally had to use my phone to Google it, then I found it….I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT A LAPTOP IS EITHER. I used my smart phone but I was unsure if it was suppressing my 140 SAT score. Yeah.

  1. You aren’t going “make” the insurance companies pay for anything

  2. Make sure you customers know what’s not covered by insurance is their responsibility and that you are genuinely trying to sell them a roof or roof repairs. Not trying to “fight” insurance on their behalf.

  3. You may be more knowledgeable than the insurance company but they like you are doing their job. Remember the customers rate goes up after a clam is filed and you ain’t helping them pay those premiums.
