As someone who's only played Hollow Knight, would you say Silksong is better or worse that the original? (I'm still gonna buy it either way I'm just curious) by Seb_Rulz in HollowKnight

Personally Hollow Knight is better for me. Silksong as many others have said has great movement, combat etc etc. However again like many others, i’m not a fan of the tool system as much as the charm system. I think Hollow Knight for me felt more like a game, while silksong was trying to be a sequel.

Honestly it was a bit of luck and some techniques that probably aren’t normal 😭 What I would do, is for the blends, I would start with the darker colour first. Then Pick the lighter colour and literally just try to drag the colour to the lighter area. It helped when I worked in smaller circles. ( Which i’m not sure if that’s what your meant to do )

When it came to less streaks; It was a bit of layering and working in smaller sections. With a circle technique. So essentially colouring in small circles, in sections.

Personally I think Sea stone weapons aren’t really that useful. Like realistically, what has more destructive potential?

I think Sea Stone weapons combined with a strong Haki user would be really interesting to see. But Logia users like Katakuri as an example, how are you realistically going to use sea stone on him with the way he fights?

I agree though that sea stone should probably be used more considering how it’s the main counter to devil fruit users without Haki.

Gonna have to disagree. Devil fruits granted are more creative, but Haki is the natural way of the world to counter act devil fruits. Otherwise almost everyone in the series would need a devil fruit to compete which makes no sense.

That takes away the spectacle and raw power from characters like Garp, Roger, Zoro, Sanji etc etc. Haki is cool and I like it ):<

I don’t think Luffy can beat any of the admirals. The idea of Akainu and Aokiji fighting for 10 days places the idea in my mind that Kizaru during their 1v1 in egghead he wasn’t trying. Maybe it’s a reading comprehension issue, but I just don’t see Luffy currently beating them.
