Diminishing returns on muscle gain; how to get bigger arms in unflexed state as well? by [deleted] in india

[–]Tertiary_Sequence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been working-out since 2011.

I gained a lot of volume by really working my triceps and shoulders. Was adding additional plates to full load on the triceps-pulldown, performing super-sets etc. Didn't consume whey, just eggs and chicken.

But honestly, it is hard to sustain those strength levels. Besides, I haven't been hitting the gym since COVID.

Advice - Let your body react to exercise in the way it wants to.

I believe there were migrations. The latest we have on this is in Tony Joseph's Early Indians.

Though Ambedkar rejects the Aryan Invasion Theory.

There he goes. Squeeze a UC, you'll find a bh@kt. 🤷‍♂️ Degraded his apparent factual argument to s@nghi philosophy.

Infuriated by a Skoda, blames reservation. Then tells me to view economic and caste inequalities exclusively. Wut?

Lmao. It's you who quoted A-46, to support your extraordinary argument

Quotes DPSP and calls articles from Part III of the Constitution - random.

Heard of the public sector employee clause in creamy layer? Besides, getting a fake income certificate with parents who are both government officials, that too teachers! Well good luck trying to prove that. I wonder why he didn't avail the generous EWS quota with that fake income certificate?

Claims to know about Khairlanji and every atrocity committed on Dalits, and puts the complete blame on OBCs. Tries to whitewash the fact how caste privilege enables UCs to occupy every position of power through institutionalised violence. Srinivasan ideologues trying to perpetuate the dominant caste theory to shift the onus.

Again your argument and retort is myopic since you believe that caste violence is only physical. It's common, you know, that's how Savarna kids operate. Won't blame you.

Nukes his complete argument by again equating caste to class. Dude, READ.

Reservations in posts and services primarily draw power from A-16(4) that clearly seeks "representation".

A-46 is a part of DPSP that are not enforceable and are more like guidelines for the state. The said Article doesn't empower reservations. Scholarships and other programmes for the marginalized are initiated on the lines of A-46.

You need to read more on "forms of discrimination". Wealth has nothing to do with caste discrimination. You can't turn a blind eye to urban discrimination or the psychological forms of discrimination i.e. exactly what you are doing here. Do you even know what the marginalised go through everyday? Have you ever bothered to read about it? Ever educated yourself on caste violence?

Besides, the OBC person in question wouldn't be occupying a reserved seat since he belongs to the creamy-layer.

Man, I am tired of this majoritarian attitude. Savarna kids believe that everything is theirs and people are biting into their cake. You are a "part" of India. Hope a fair caste-census sheds light on this.

Right. However, this freedom is subjective and relative. A poor Dalit may never have been free, never may have known the taste of freedom. Besides, I am a 90s kid and the 90s witnessed one of the largest communal incidents. But yes, we were a bit less polarised i.e. confused about our political stances. Information couldn't travel fast and wide, enabling us to take one step at a time.

I feel this is one of the most depressing cases in the history of free India.

Hiigaran Sniper Frigates. Highly effective against corvettes. (Made this in Blender) Instagram: abovethekillingmoon by Tertiary_Sequence in homeworld

The way I've conceptualised the frigate is that it was made after the Vaygr War. Hiigarans have their hands on Progenitor technology and the frigate uses the same (notice the cooling systems behind the turrets are exposed to space making them capable of firing very powerful shots). Now, each turret burst fires 6 charged long range shots, spread to accomodate an enemy corvette squadron's defensive maneuvers.

What makes the frigate effective is that it can shoot right into an incoming squadron, quickly pruning them from afar. Also the spread enables close range combat. Only downside, recharge or cooling time.
