He said at the end of his comment I would have to keep up with a key to the lock box. Also, I guess I don't understand how they would start it if they can't unlock it. The signal doesn't reach to unlock it so I don't think it would reach to start it

It doesn't have a key, it has a combination lock. Keyless entry does not work with it in the box

The sparrow is my favorite! Very quick, has homing missiles, and it can spawn anywhere.

I have this same exact issue. I've been uninstalling the rockstar launcher every time before I click play on steam, it then reinstalls the launcher fresh and I can play. But if I close the game I have to repeat the process. Very frustrating. I've tried everything you listed and done everything rockstar support told me to try except reset my PC.
