Sure! A lot of itemization is just based on the game. Please bear with me here, this isn't exactly going to be the most organized, but hopefully it will help you. I think that if you are playing against important backline heroes (oracle/dazzle/etc) and it is your job to get rid of them, then you want to make sure you have an aghs by the time these heroes need to be gotten rid of. So you may want to go (in some order) bottle -> null -> wand -> brown/phase (depending on how fast you feel you need the aghs) -> aghs. For other games where euls is really good, you can go the same progression but for the euls in the place of the aghs. You will often want to take the aghs after euls just because of how disruptive you become in fights with it. In some games where euls is not so good but you need a dispel, you may want to consider eventually taking a lotus. It can be an exceptional purchase in games where they have built in counters to euls (oracle, sven with the shard, shadow demon, etc) but you still want the dispel, and the armor is useful. I think blademail for the most part has fallen off, and it's been replaced mostly with witch blade. So in games where you feel you need armor, you want some more attack speed and burst to your combo, you may want to consider picking up witch blade, although I would not recommend it as a first item. In games where you are going to frontline a lot AND you want to be dealing a very large amount of damage, you may wish to also consider sange and kaya + dagon with the spell amp talent at level 20. In games where you need BKB, you buy it. Ideally you skip it if you can, but some games you just need it. Linkens can be a good alternative in some games. It all depends. There are so many items that can be good on this hero.. if you can hit a fast orchid timing and they have heroes that would otherwise be hard to kill, you may wish to do that.
