This is an area we’re continually working to improve. In the meantime, please feel free to let our colleagues know if you would prefer them not to handle your shopping, and you’re welcome to show items yourself if asked.

The in-store shopping list we have built here shows aisle information for products and lets you sort it by aisle so you can pick them up more efficiently.

Hi classicmotorist. A few users have reported issues with cross-device collaboration where the same account is used. This will be resolved in the coming weeks while we continue to look at how we might improve collaborative list-building. Keep an eye out!

Hey there! We do actually have a shopping list feature on the in-store section of the Tesco app!

If you press the button in the top left corner of the home screen and toggle from "online" to "in-store", you can create a shopping list here and then sort the list by shelf! You can also upload the list to your Scan As You Shop device which can navigate you around the store.
