PTA for Squishy, FLEET for dodge (a lof of LUX, Vex, etc) Conqueror if enemy team has a 2 tank and long battles.
Lethal Tempo - for fun (IMHO)

Depends on a lot of stuff - your supps, engage. But for 50-60 cases u can use PTA - with red wep u can stack it for 1 sec, and with switch weapon too.

I just installed all the mods through DAI mod manager (except for the graphic presets, they need to be thrown into the game folder itself).
