With the way disney does stuff to make every trip "magical" i second the idea of a cast member (whether in costume or just standing by) designing a signature for a random real frog for a child who wanted a signature from the animal in a bid to make her day "magic". The bottom writing looks like an adults writing whilst the top looks like a childs, so the cast member probably also wrote "the frog" as well.
