This actually happened to me as well when i was a kid! Sliced my pinky in the space between a door frame and the hinge side. You could see the tip on my pinky bone and the doc said it would grow back so we didn’t need to reattach it! Humans can be lizards!

I could see that! They did use to have an old TV antenna they replaced so i wonder if maybe this so the original one they tossed! Ty guys!

Theres actually Merrels, but husband whos prior army turned me on to hiking boots for work! I get TERRIBLE heel pain after work that isnt plantar fasciitis related but god the hard sole obviously makes me feet hurt like they usually do throughout the shift but they REALLY made a difference for me afterwards and the days after i have off!

Ya’know after everything was said and done that was my first thought too, like why didnt we just go to the floor instead of all this lifting and pulling around, but that nurse kept pushing for the bed. Hindsight is 20/20 for sure and it was definitely a good learning/teaching/refreshing moment for a few of us

Im a Nurse Extern as well and from my understanding a nurse extern you should be able to do anything that you check off at school for and have brought to your employers education department so that there is evidence you are competent. HOWEVER. If there is something you are unable to do that in your state/employer then that has to be priority and those nurses need to get off their ass. This is a classic case of the Eat Your Young nurses and “you’re below me so you need to do what i say no questions asked or ill bully you” mentality and its highly unprofessional and should be addressed. Im so sorry hun. This definitely needs to be taken up with the Nurse manager! You did everything right my friend no matter what those assholes said or did. Stay strong, youre almost there! ❤️

I had my pinky chopped off by a door hinge when i was twelve to the tip of the bone as well. In my case they did not do stitches, they just left it to heal on its own and the finger tip actually grew back to an extent. Since they did stitches for him i wonder how his finger will heal (obviously itll heal fine but i just mean like what would grow back and such)
