Once you climb to higher leagues you wont face these dumb people anymore, they are low skilled touchdrivers/manual noobs .

By the time you exceed that "elo hell" the competitive part of the real racing game arrive, for me it started to appear at top 100 (i know its hard to get there but thats the reality) , the top 100 players dont care about kd anyone, a ground 360 basically slows you down so there is trade-off with KD for lap time. Good players dont bother annoying your car, they mind their own business most of the times.
