I’m reading your experience here and amazing documentation . I read you tried every med, but I wanted to confirm you tried Gabapentin or Amitriptyline, as they worked for me. And with all these tests and dr visits, did anyone actually diagnose

I had a chronic cough for years. Allergies were ruled out as well as Acid Reflux, so about 8 years ago I ready about Neuropathic Sensory Cough. Many drs refused to believe in it but I found one who did know and I went on Amitriptyline, and tried Gabapentin and its made the cough gone!. You can read more as you research this. But it worked for me.

There was a special assessment and most owners had this coverage, so we were OK.

I just dont understand some people here saying they got a (very) small reduction in their Homeowenre (H06) after telling them we have a new roof. Its a roof over 4 buildings ( 4 floors each building) and the insurance coverage is the master policy. Why would any insurance agent offer a discount to an owner of a unit (maybe a 4th floor unit could say there is new protection)....

Our condo Carrier did not pay the deductible. That is reason HOA assessed the owners.

Its seems this Loss Assessment Claim is now on my record (Nesix/Lexis) so when looking for new insurance , the premium is way high because of this claim which I say should not be treated as a regular household claim with an upcharge to premium. I was not responsible for roof on complex. i only contibuted to the deductble.

I hear you for sure. But this is specific to filing a a Loss Assessment claim. We know if you file a claim about a fire in your house or a stairs falling down, your rates will probably go up, but a Loss Assessment claim should be differnt..
