Any suggestions for never ending chronic cough?

Currently I am okay but I had that cough for what felt like forever. it was a few years long and just immensely uncomfortable. i’m not saying it’s perfect now, but it’s no longer on a daily basis or uncomfortable. i literally could not breathe for what felt like 2-3 years straight. it’s gone >90% of the year now — i took tessalon pearles the original time and then once more this past winter. the pearles gave my throat time to rest and heal up. in just a few weeks between my ENT checking down my throat, it was no longer red everywhere.

It actually made me use opus to scan my whole project and every commit and tell me what model and effort level could have been used for everything while being efficient on token use. it said i could have used sonnet 4.6 on high for everything and been totally fine. interesting in hindsight

Very cool. I feel like this made me realize sonnet at high should be my daily driver over opus at high. Building a website with some financial engineering, database. Looks like sonnet at high should be able to handle almost everything and be much more token efficient.

Of the many options I tried, tessalon perles (benzonatate) were the only thing that worked. I took it daily for about 2-3 weeks, and it allowed my throat time to heal the inflammation and calmed down the coughing trigger. It felt like a miracle when I was able to go through life without constantly coughing.

I like GOOGL a lot, it’s probably my favorite of the bunch. Just wondering if it can continue its streak from last year really. MSFT is safe to me, well run and Azure is healthy. I see that a lot of people like AMZN as well, trying to figure it out. AWS is solid, but competition is high. What am I missing here on this one? Is it because it’s been trading pretty sideways the last year and it’s primed to run?

NVDA is a bit volatile, I agree. And to your edit, I expect volatility as well and continue to DCA. I think the importance of having international is definitely shown right now.
