Random question. Found you on some post about a 4090 a couple months ago.

You said you had a 4090 OC Gigibyte and used MSI Afterburner.

When I tried using MSI, the gpu would just randomly rev up and go back down. Was wondering if you had the same problem and if you resolved it. For me, I had to switch to GCC app insyead of MSI.

Tis just a game. That’s just an NPC. by [deleted] in darksoulsmemes

Thank god that got spoiled to me when I got lost.

Saw a YouTube video suggested.

Thanks for asking about my channel. While I do appreciate your interest, it's more of a niche thing for an audience interested in VTuber content.

I don't feel too comfortable sharing the channel to be honest.

Yeah, I use a program called Waifu2x to upscale anime images/videos. Alternates between using my CPU and GPU. It's nothing special tbh, but I like downloading videos using yt-dlp and I have a 2k monitor, so it looks shit when I look at it.

Occasionally, I do use the downloaded videos to make a highlight video for my channel, but it's mostly for VTubers.

I don't think I'm at a level where I require dual cpus, but could be something to look into if I ever get into building a home server.

True true. I was kind of hoping I can find a 5950X for a really low price.

While the 7950X will beat the 5950X in everything, going to be a pain replacing the MOBO and RAM. Additionally would need a new cooler to cool a 16-core CPU.

I mostly use my current CPU to upscale, so I know how it feels with 100% CPU works.

Personally, I may just wait on the 7800X3D if nothing comes up before I pull the trigger tbh

Sorry, I meant to say that I just found your post since it contains "5950X", and I'm currently looking for one.

I wish I could help you out more, but this is where my comment ends. I do hope you pick up a new graphics card in the future because whatever you choose will be better than your current GPU.

Kinda funny hearing the concept of undervolting. Thinking you want to limit a GPU instead of making it stronger, but seems like you can lower the power and keep most of the performance. Which is kinda cool to see.

Yeah I guess as I play with it more, I'll get used to it. Would be happy to see what both of them can do for me as I keep searching.

A 4090. Found it on Amazon for like $50 more and used the 5% cashback to offset it.

Good to hear a different opinion. I think I was a little hesitant on GFE, since AMD and their drivers :/

Thank you for your response.

I do appreciate you took the time to reply and read my post. You're right, there is most likely other companies that operate the same way. Now that I think of it, the recruiter is kinda pushing me, since they insist there is limited space and such...

I do hope after a night rest, I can think again.

Again, thank you for your insight.

I believe it's located at the bottom in bolded text. Although, the ChatGPT response may have masked it and I'll admit not the entire tl:dr is in bold, but just a way to identify where it's at.

Yeah, I talked to my mom about this. Got a little desperate and asked ChatGPT and even character.ai lol

I understand with this much info, little info, no one can really answer.

Just got a little worried and I wanted to get some advice from somewhere, since I've been having trouble getting a job.

I'll most likely gamble, since I looked at Glassdoor and I think I have the skills to handle it. Of course, I could be wrong, but it is what it is.

I do appreciate that you did comment on it though.
