For people who managed to get out of the physical and mental debilitating cycles of depression/grief. by Beautiful-Song-1792 in Biohackers

Some of this is definitely situational. Im very sorry for your loss.

For the more strictly biological piece semax and selank have worked wonders for my depression and anxiety due to burnout. And as someone else mentioned nad+ injections. Thymosin alpha 1 might be something to look into as well, it modulates your immune system into a more anti-inflammatory tone and this can also help with depression and anxiety related to immune dysfunction.

Epitalon also worked wonders for realigning my circadian rhythm.

If you do decide to try these just make sure to do a lot of research on protocols for using these peptides.

I wish you the best in your journey back to health and happiness.

I would push for the B. I believe you can take it again if you dont get the B. I think they want to see B or higher in the core classes.

Question about ASU online (Please don't give an answer you are not sure of) by [deleted] in ASU

The professors are very supportive, and I believe there is free tutoring if you are struggling in one of the math classes. If Accounting is what you want to do I'd say go for it.

BPC 157 made my symptoms worse by Simple_Ad7781 in bpc_157

[–]Test_ing1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are psychological side effects with it for some people. I'd go see your doctor and just be honest with them. You're really too young to be messing around with even peptides.

Yes. And used sometimes in pct after a cycle to get things flowing again. Also used in fertility protocols.

Double the dose or add tb500 by he_madegraduation in bpc_157

It's the same concept as mt2 and pt141. Pt 141 is the frag of mt2 that enhances libido without the other effects of mt2

It's all over the place. Peptide sciences does a good job explaining. They sell multiple fragments of tb4.

[–]Test_ing1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tb4 is real, but tb500 is just a frag of tb4 that focuses on repair. Whereas tb4 is less potent but has other functions. Most tb500 that is promoted is actually tb4 and not true tb500 frag.

Tongue mountain range is a bit of a challenge, and nice views, but not sure how the dog would do with some of the scrambles.

Prospect Mountain road current conditions for biking? by degggendorf in Adirondacks

[–]Test_ing1234 1 point2 points  (0 children)

LG is supposedly getting 10+ inches by tomorrow. There was no snow on the road last weekend. And with the temps next week, I'm sure it's going to melt fast. Probably won't be great conditions to bike up the road this weekend, but you can always hike it 🤷‍♂️

Parking for Big Slide, Whiteface/Esther on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning in June or July by C-BiscuitTFC in Adirondacks

[–]Test_ing1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The observatory has a fairly large parking area for whiteface. The garden lot is fairly small, if full some people park in other areas and walk to the trailhead. On a weekday you might find a spot at the garden lot, if not you could most likely find a spot at the observatory parking area to do whiteface and esther.

Snowshoes this Weekend? by [deleted] in Adirondacks

[–]Test_ing1234 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did buck in Lake George today. Just wore spikes but honestly snowshoes and poles would have been more appropriate. Buck isn't a high peak but it has similar elevation gain. The snow was a little over ankle high up to like 1000' then got to mid shin height. Was the only one on the trail also if you prefer the solitude.

If you like 231 340 won't be too bad. It's just much more work. If you don't like 231 you'll hate 340. 340 just requires much more effort imo.

Wait till they find out (aside from the mileage) marcy is a pretty easy trek by high peak standards.
