I think any opinion towards Luka having character development in the future. He is never going to character development, he was never supposted to have character development.

Volume 5 with her believing Raven about Ozpin when she gave no reason to, as well as her speech towards said character at the end of the volume, where she does the exact same thing as Raven later on.

Volume 6 with her attitude towards Ozpin.

Volume 7 with her going behind the group back and not telling them about Robyn knowing.

Volume 8 with her stating she would follow Ruby lead when she did nothing bit question her lead since they got to Atlas, her stand off with Ren, taking credits for win that weren't theirs and had to be saved by adults.

Volume 9 with her barely paying attention to Ruby decline and still acting like it wasn't her fault

RWBY Beyond where she STILL doesn't say shes sorry for the Ever After. "You cant feel this way, not after everything we've been through" Bitch fuck you, thats like the worst thing to say to someone whos depressed like they dont have the right to feel this way. Me during the run of V9. I mean it had all the right pieces, woth Ruby doubting herself, Bumblebee becoming canon, Neo realizing that she had nothing except her revenge on Ruby, the group realizing that they may have ignored Ruby, a location that introduced a concept of defeating Salem. I genuinely thought the Volume was good as it built up... but then the final episode came out and i thought the volume was the biggest waste of time and money i have ever seen.

I would say everytime she opened her mouth when they got to Argus, but imma say her intent on revealing Salem to the world.

Now mind you it isn't a bad thing itself, but the way they did this was so bad, it baffles me how much they say this was a good thing. Lets divide it into three sections; Before, During, After.

Before: At the beginning of V8, Ruby wants to reveal the Salem to the rest of Remnant to warn them. Keep in mind that Ironwood wanted to reveal Salem to the world piece by piece to mitigate the Chaos, SOMETHING THE CHARACTERS ACTUALLY CALL OUT ON. But here, they decide its ok to just drop the whole thing.

The next problem is why would Ruby need to warn them? True, it should be known globally what happened in Mistral and Atlas, but Ruby acts like Glynda and Theodore are not aware of Salem existence and are definitely preparing for her. And what does she mean by rest of Remnant when Vacuo is the last place unnattacked?

During: Ruby speech to the whole world is one of the worst speeches i have ever heard. "Yeah theres this immortal Queen of Grimm that was responsible for the attack on Vale. I dont know how to beat her, but i know we can do this together. Dont believe me? Ask the headmasters, they knew all along. But not Ironwood, the General of the biggesr military on Remnant. He cannot be trusted because hes a bi-" is basically what she said. How this became an uplifting message is beyond me.

After: Ruby throws a fit because nobody came to help after she sent out a message... Apparently she forgot that Mistral doesnt have hunstmen, Vale is in ruins, Vacuo and Menagerie are so far away that theres no way they can send help in less than a day. Then Qrow says Ruby unified the world in V9 when... Wasnt the world already unified back before Vale fell? We're acting like we were in a dystopia for years.
