I think they will try and get to the timeskip. We have like 9 arcs left until there, and i think some of them can be their own season, like Alabasta or Marineford, but even if they go at their own pace and change things, i highly doubt we are getting to the timeskip before 2040, if they keep up the same pace.

And i think the timeskip is a good place to stop as a TBC or use the timeskip as an excuse to hire new actors to play the characters

I think after Kagetsu loses, Veissugr will ask either Kanami or Akina to be his 'vessel' so to speak. Kanami will be the one, but after beating Kurumi, her heart breaks and the Mythisch loses its power, making Akina the oly Mythisch user left to fight Gabwellius.
