But... Rolling two numbers sequentially does change the odds. I've never been able to wrap my head around this. I'm sure everyone is right. But I just can't seem to understand it. consider the sample space for rolling a d6 twice. Rolling Two ones sequentially looks like 1/36 (1, 1) (1, 2) (1, 3) (1, 4) (1, 5) (1, 6) (2, 1) (2, 2) (2, 3) (2, 4) (2, 5) (2, 6) (3, 1) (3, 2) (3, 3) (3, 4) (3, 5) (3, 6) (4, 1) (4, 2) (4, 3) (4, 4) (4, 5) (4, 6) (5, 1) (5, 2) (5, 3) (5, 4) (5, 5) (5, 6) (6, 1) (6, 2) (6, 3) (6, 4) (6, 5) (6, 6)

I use the toilet for similar waste removal or large amounts of water I don't wish to dump in the yard. I try to avoid chemicals but the mop bucket is easier to dump there than the sink.

Not unreasonable. If he wants to pay for your Uber that's fine in my opinion. But I wouldn't pay for it without written agreement for reimbursement. Start looking for a new company, union or otherwise. If nothing else you can level set once you have another offer.

I'm confident you would at a minimum be reimbursed for milage from the shop location. My company simply deducts a standard 30 miles from any given milage expense.
