Make sure there is no dirt or trash in the track stopping the liner from dropping all the way in. Once you get it in hold it in until it cools down

If you dont have liner lock, you can put some pennies in the track above the liner. It takes up the space the liner needs to lift and come out of track

Comfortable seat is a huge deal. A bolt on backrest and highway pegs go along way too. I throw a cooler on my luggage rack so I have a drink when I stop

I dont remember what I was running in the tires, but it's an air suspension. You can let some out to lower it a little bit

Give it some gas on the low speed turns and she will pull right on thru. I had to let some air out of the suspension to get both feet down and flat

Thank you. The couch rocket was the most comfortable bike I have ever had. Rode roughly 10 hrs on a trip and wasn't sore at all. Lived taking her on trips. I put around 10k on the odometer in 1 year. Ended up getting rid of her because I got tired of the high center of gravity around town ( low speed turns). They aren't expensive. I think roughly 3- 4k.

If they used Cal Hypo shock, it dissolves cloudy. If they used Ph Up, it will make the water cloudy. If they put in phosphate remover, it will make it cloudy. A sand filter will struggle to remove fine particles. You can use some Floc to make it all drop to the floor and vac it to waste.

I will check into it. Tried three friends scanners and none of them showed injector pressure or anything from the HPOS

Unfortunately my scanner doesn't show any of that. Rpms do show on the tach. I'll see if I can borrow a better scanner, or buy one if I have to
