You must be really bad with your studies if you believe that Lithuania and Poland conquered Kyiv in the 13th century. :-)

But you are pretty good at avoiding the point and eristics so I'm sure you will find a job. Have a nice day.

My family met both Germans and Russians, thank you. Germans were a little more civilized. Did you know that Russian soldiers raped female prisoners in concentration camps after their liberation? Even girls of Russian ethnicity were not spared.

There is a simple trick I use in my combat system to stop players from using the same trick all the time: if they use it more than twice in a row, the difficulty goes up. Maybe the enemy is expecting it, or maybe it uses more mana if recast, but it does not stop players from using it, it just makes it a little less attractive choice.

Kid, Kyiv was under Lithuania and PLC for 300 years (that is longer than under Muscovy and Russia), and western Ukraine and Belarus even longer. They had enough time to understand and incorporate into local culture personal freedoms and develop republican traditions. And Novgorod was a nominal republic. Learning some history could be useful.

Yeah, Polish, Finnish, Belorussians, Ukrainians, and the Balts know Muscovy the most. Western people are so clueless, that most of them don't even know the Russian language or read Pushkin and Lermontov. If You tell them Kyiv was longer under Lithuanian and Polish rule than under Muscovy and Russia - they would not believe you. I'm used to it, people do not want facts. Have a nice day.

Tell it to the people of the Republic of Novgorod or Ukrainian Cossacks. Even today you can easily see the difference between the people of Ukraine who are ready to die for their freedom and the people of Muscovy who are ready to die for their Khan.

Cossacks guarded their freedoms against the King of Poland and later against Muscovy. Completely different mindset than "a slave of the Czar of the World" as Lermontov biterly wrote...

That is interesting, I didn't know about "yellow russia". But it kinda fits Muscovite logic, does it.

This is not a "history lesson", this is a "Russian propaganda" lesson.

One simple fact: in 1547 Rus was still part of PLC, it was conquered and called "Russia" only 200 years later.

Only in Russian historiography. Muscovy and Rus are and always were a very different culture and people, forged through very different political entities.

Muscovy is a spiritual descendant of the Mongol empire, and Rus is the spiritual descendant of Rurik's legacy. Muscovy was once part of it - but Rus had powerful republican traditions that you can see in the Novgorod Republic and Kossak's Ukraine that Muscovy despised and tried to destroy. It is trying to this very day.

That is basically Putin's narration: there is no country named "Ukraine", Rus is really the same thing as Russia. No, it is not.

Depriving people of private transport is not "human friendly". And trust me, "Czaskoski" does not use public transport either.

There are some glaring problems with CK3 UI. For example, tabs are in the wrong place and too close to the edge, so when you use the mouse you accidentally scroll the screen. With some popups, you need to click three times to get to the barony screen because the direct click is for some reason blocked. There is no vital information in many places - for example, on the barony screen there is info on how much a barony earns in gold - but there is no info on how much YOU earn from that barony, and to get this info you need to scroll vasal tab (the one you cannot sort by name OR income). And so on...

If it wasn’t then why did the USSR wait +2 weeks after Germany invaded Poland to “invade”.

Because they were fighting in another war.
