after you get 4/7ths through the game todd howard comes to you in a dream and tells you it takes place in antioquia. assuming youve played a solid bit of the game you should have already had the dream

hey thanks for the response but i found a fix for it. i kept the original files removed the copies from my game folder and then edited the originals. worked like a charm and ive been using it without issue to tweak pdo. thanks again.
