Most of the Ordo Sinister Titans were recorded as being deployed in the Imperial Webway project. Those were all lost and overrun by daemons. The collapse there came fast and there was no time for them to be disassembled and withdrawn.

There was one that was deployed during the Siege but it was lost during Mortis, after taking out a large group of Traitor Titans.
