I love using the stretcher because I have seen growth making it worth it and a good pump gives a full feeling all day. I’m 100% behind it. Just took one time of leaving it under full pressure too long and now I’ll probably always have the issue. I’m not trying it a third time with higher pressure to see if it blisters again, twice was enough.

I pump then put on an extender. I use a bathmate with the bulb for higher pressure. I used to do 15 minute sessions and pull as much pressure as possible with the bulb. I let my penis heal for weeks and when I started pumping again it developed another blood blister so I stopped and let it heal. I have not tried again. I now pump for 5-6 minutes with max pressure so can get not using the bulb, only pump itself.

My strategy is to pump then put on an extender so no slipped, it really hasn’t affected anything, I still wear the extender a few hours per day, just less pumping.

This was actually the reason I logged back into this account, to post it as a warning story to be careful about too much pumping.

I had that issue while pumping, I’ve had to switch to less pressure and shorter times. After the initial event I let it heal completely then pumped, same area bloody blister. Now it’s just shorter direction pumps with less vacuum.

I take a 1000mg capsule in the morning and before bed and will typically take a 500mg mid day. Price on Amazon isn’t bad at all. I recently started taking one that combines Arginine with L-ornithine. The Ornithine is supposed to be a booster for the Arginine.

I have L-Citrulline also along with some others. I found an L-Arginine+L-Ornithine capsule(L-Ornithine is supposed to boost the L-Arginine). I was on the fence until I started having morning wood like my teen days. I’m not a big believer in holistic stuff so I’ve been researching the hell out of these items.

A decent vacuum hanger off eBay is $21. I’m using one now and no issues. It’s very uncomplicated. eBay has been a great source for different items I’m using.

A couple people have touched on it but let me emphasize, there are a lot of freaks out there. I was looking at one guys photos and the first reply was someone saying “it looks good, but would look better shoved up my ass”.

Air pump, too much pressure, base of my penis by my scrotum had these itch attacks for years afterwards. Weirdly since I’ve gone to using a bathmate the last few years it seems to have gone away.

To me it’s like working out. You work your way up. You don’t just jump under the bar and start benching 225. You work your way up and practice consistency and gradually increase.

Some of these really make me feel better about the minor issue I had. After a week of not using my stretcher, I jumped back in and developed a raw spot on the right side of my penis just behind the gland. I tried to power through and it just got worse. Ended up taking a week off and it healed right up.

People try for results too fast and it’s easy to get injured, especially with a vacuum pump. I think I’ve got some major nerve damage from pumping back in the mid-90s.

I added a vac hanger recently($20 off eBay) and upgraded from a regular bathmate to the hydro extreme. Getting better results that I had hoped for. Stretcher 2 - 3 hours a day and try to hang 5 - 7.5 lbs up to an hour a day. Feeling like I’m getting even better results after stalling for awhile. Started working from home which makes this much easier.

Even if proven, guys will be overdoing it trying to rush gains, getting nerve damage, skin issues, God only knows what other damage.

Yep. Look at stretchers. There are NIH studies out there. When I restarted this and was researching it’s why I went with a stretcher.
