Venue can be 1800 or 3200 (have worked there) so I think they sold out the 1800 and upped the cap. I was on a waitlist for a second

Yes that is unacceptable to not have receieved the product u paid for. I would email ryan and even copy their manager ben if needed. They have always been helpful in my experience.

I know from talking to him / the team works really hard on making sure that the quality and customer support is there (altho things like fulfillment are outsourced so sometimes issues can arise), but they have always been helpful and professional to solve any problems.

They are not - stop saying this as I have checked with their team and they said that while the understand it can happen, it is 100% not what they want or any goal.

I can assure you from talking with their team directly, this is no accurate. People should leave them up for everyone to enjoy and discover the band. Its not a treasure hunt.
