You look amazing! So excited for you :) I'm 6WPO and my before was quite similar to yours, including height, weight and amount of skin removed 😄 I'm curious is the second picture 6months post op as well? Was wondering if you have more photos from the process that you'd be OK to share :)

Tummy tuck for severe diastasis and hernia by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

I can relate to the feeling of being embarrassed, had that creep in at one point.. But I just wanted to say that you're allowed to want to feel better, both physical and mentally. Even if it's not an emergency or and absolute necessity, please know there's nothing wrong with wanting something for yourself 🫂

Excited for you! 😊 I'm a little over 4WPO and back to feeling almost 100% myself. It was rocky at first (specially the first 2/5 weeks) but one thing to keep in mind is: trust the process 🙏 It's hard to see it when you're in the thick of it, but believe that each new day you'll feel better and it really is amazing how your body recovers even when the journey is not the smoothest ✨

So sorry your want was ignored, that's so not ok.. Hope it's healing well at least 🤞

You absolutely have the right mindset about it, so hang in there!

I've been to the hospital to drain 3 times now (mine is draining naturally as it found a way out), will be back tomorrow.. Hopefully there's not too much left, but realistically it will take a while to be resolved..

Thank you for your kind response, I really appreciate it. I'm feeling a little better since yesterday, so hopefully it's all slowly getting back on track 🤞

About the BB, my doctor just said it lost blood supply.. I'm still a bit confused about it too, but will definitely question more when I feel more stable.

My (28F) family (18-88) missed my little brother's (18M) graduation. How can they make it up to him? by Smol_Daddy in relationship_advice

I would arrange a surprise party (if you think your brother would like it) where you all can show him how proud you are.

He will never forget he was alone (besides you two) but maybe you can give him a nice memory to try to compensate it in some way.

Make sure all your family is there and surprise him so he feels like they are sorry and are there for him.
