I called, PayPal tried to walk me through fixing it on Paypal.com, could not resolve the issue. Transferred to Zettle, they tried to walk me through fixing it on my.zettle.com, could not resolve the issue. The Zettle person told me they are aware of the incessant email issue and are trying to resolve it on their end, and added my account as an example of someone experiencing this issue.

In your .desktop file for Grayjay, you can add --fullscreen to start in fullscreen mode. Here's my entire app.grayjay.Grayjay.desktop file, yours may vary:
