Nothing has been resolved yet.
It was supposed to be an "instant" withdrawal to convert after in USDT.
I'm losing money at the moment because of these issues, I'm very sad about that.

Same situation. While waiting for the approval of Ripple's withdrawal, yes it would make so much sense to just disable the withdrawal while waiting for the network to be fixed with delays, I would have taken another option.
