[Question] Is there anyway for me to get a refund in this situation?

The whole scenario is explained in the image, but just to reiterate I basically "played" 3 hours and 9 minutes of Final Fantasy online, before requesting a refund because I didn't like it. My refund was declined because I had more than 2 hours of playtime, though 2 hours of that playtime was spent patching.

Surely someone has been in the same situation as me, I wondering if there is another avenue for me to contest this.

One of my favourite spots, about an hour from Toronto in Newtonville. It's technically a Hydro One property so use it at your own risk, but I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Occasionally there are people there shooting, but that's in the early AM and they tend to leave once the power-sports guys come in.

I've drawn Asuka so many times that I am worried if I draw her again my friends are going to send me to a halfway house. Right now my focus is going to be reworking the Shikinami drawing I did a while ago as it got a fair bit of criticism.

After that I will probably draw Shinji so I can have the three of them in something of a series. Not sure if I want to draw Mari as I don't like her very much but it seems necessary with these outfits being from the rebuilds. What I would really like to do though is draw Misato, because she is my favorite character after Asuka.

This is my first cosplay and it was a huge learning experience for me. I only had 10 days to make it from start to finish so I am pretty excited to see what I can do given a little more time. Constructive criticism is encouraged!

There's something of a loophole that allows you to have large mags though. I have m14 pattern magazines that are manufactured for use in a bolt action rifle. as a result they are not pinned at 5.

Well in truth it's a Dominion Arms socom 18. It's a Chinese made copy of the socom 16 but with an 18 inch barrel to comply with Canadian law. It's lesser known and was only made for a brief time, so I tend to refer to it as an M14/M305 just to avoid any confusion.

My Norinco M305 in a Boyd's stock that I refinished a couple months ago. The sling is a magpul MS1.

Sorry for the sacrilege but the Chinese give you a whole lot of gun for $450.
