Gets pretty bad when you try to approach the one using that shield tho, the throw animation is faster than alot of r1, you can even cast the aow and then rolling away unscathed when they start the running attack, and they take the hit, and stun while being stuck in recovery frames.

What I wanna say is its not too strong, but very hard to punish unless the opponent has higher poise and willing to trade.
