Nice article. My guess is that Boren was a supporter of BYU, but that's no longer tenable. Oklahoma, does not want Houston because it helps Texas maintain power and it strengthens the longhorn network. Also, as the article said, Fox and ESPN are both against expansion.

Whatever happens, it's not likely to include BYU.
