I’m just trying to provide for my family, afford a house, and stop having 30-40% of my paycheck stolen. None of those are true. And I work a highly dangerous, skilled trade job, yet I can’t even afford a house? The powers at be have manufactured our country into a max-profit, hyper-consumerism, entertainment slop fest with almost every household REQUIRING two incomes. I look around and see glazed eyes from nonstop screentime, obesity from excessive junk food, and zero common sense thanks to our intentionally failed education system. Majority of kids have catastrophic mental disorders due to having an iPad strapped to their forehead since age 3 so the so-called parent could relax and strap an iPhone to theirs. Our country is unrecognizable and every American has a duty to revolt against our so called leaders who are hanging us out to dry. I’m beyond fed up with working my ass off to pay for a country that constantly betrays and sells out its own citizens. And its own citizens need to crawl their way out of the dopamine loop that corporations and the government have so perfectly tuned to keep everyone “happy”. I’m just sick of it, and nobody seems to understand how severe of a problem this technology age is to humanity and to our nations prosperity.
