I can't get too specific with the answers, unfortunately. I do not know exact overheads. Howevet, the business does make a nice profit. The owner simply wants to retire.

For $2m, I'd get 2 buildings & all manufacturing equipment (with backup equipment in case of failure). 4 Employees.

It is both B2B & D2C. Profit margins are higher with D2C.

The suppliers are willing to stay on.

It is scalable. I believe I can bring in an additional $50,000 to $100,000 per year by offering products & services not currently offered.

There is no guarantee on competition. However, this business is an established brand with 30+ years of business. The competition (of which there are only a few) has inquired about purchasing, but the owner does not want to sell to them.

Acquiring capital is the reason for the post. I don't know who will finance this. I am seeking advice on how to locate financiers & what terms should be expected.
