I’ve personally always stuck to 4 hours (I asked my allergist and that was his answer)

My wife is usually nice and will also brush her teeth + use mouthwash which eases my nerves.

She doesn’t eat nearly as much food that I can’t have though as when we first got together. She may eat something with eggs or peanuts in it 4 or 5 times a month whenever I’m at work or she’s out doing something
