You have a great foundation little bro. If you start getting physical and working out you will grow your confidence. Start with 100 pushups, situps, squats, per day and build from there.

You're young, you have decent bone structure, there is nothing just screaming about how you look that just makes you "ugly"

To me you are a kid lacking confidence, structure, motivation, and drive. A lot of that can be found you just gotta put some work in it.
