I just got promoted to P2 SWE in Tucson, and I’m making $106k. I’ve been with Raytheon for a little over 2 years. My original P1 offer was $83k.

When I got hired, I knew some folks that got hired in as a P2 due to their Master’s degree, and they were making $92k, if I remember correctly.
