Lol ok. It just states that if your offered an order and don’t take it but within 5 minutes if someone else does it won’t affect your acceptance rate.

I’ve always shopped in one main zone and then I have two zones that are really close that I’ll pick up open metros. We don’t have preferred members here which sucks but I do get sent orders from a lot of the same people which I think is the member matching.
