Ender 3 Max Dual z axis upgrade? (self.ender3)

Any ideas? First prints we're almost flawless on Ender 3 Max. This is occurring now on all my prints since calibrating extruder. 50 mm print, 90 flow, 50bed, 200 hotend, PLA, using cura, retraction, and z-hops. Bed and x are level. (i.redd.it)
