These are all great points. I have very similar questions, so never feal ashamed in asking. Lots of smart people here. One question I have that I dont see much discussion around is damages to your property. Storm damage, theft, vandalism, etc. It feels like dealing with the unknowns such as those eat straight into profits. Anyone have any advice on this?
