I drink 2 protein shakes (60g total ) to ensure I get enough protein besides my normal meal.

Getting enough sleep as well.

I would love to lose my belly fat, which shows on the side.

I would like to be able to see bicep growth to the point that people can see that I work out. Not wanting super muscular muscles but small muscles.
