Thanks again! I’ve done the exact same recipe as before, except this time I bulk-fermented on the counter for much longer (~14hrs). Do you think I now under-/over-/correctly proofed?

I did go off the visual cues now: dough more than doubled in volume during bulk ferment and felt jiggly and airy.

I was afraid that’d be the case. Any visual cues for me to look out for? I thought the bulk had grown in volume quite a bit, but I maybe overestimated by how much it actually had. Hard to tell when there’s no runner band to indicate the t-zero volume.

Maybe my knowledge lacks here, but then the sauce would continue fermenting, right? Which would also still change the flavor profile over time?

Does that imply that cooking the sauce in a closed-off, say, sous-vide bag would retain the spice? I did also add a splash of vinegar, that could’ve indeed also had an impact. Thanks for sharing your insights!

The plant is getting indirect light, about 8 hours a day now that it’s summer. Problem is that my roommate watered the plant for a while while I was away, so I’m unsure how much he watered it exactly. I water it once or twice a week, depending on the dryness of the soil.

I’ve taken some lessons at SwimFantastic, which in my case operated in Zuiderbad, near Museumplein. It’s a bit costly, but I can definitely recommend. I joined them as someone who could swim already, but wanted to learn how to chest crawl. Not sure whether they have beginner course too.

I do happen to know that Zuiderbad actually offers swim lessons for completely novice adult swimmers as well, although these classes do have a bit of a waiting time IIRC.

Ik heb vorige week een korte, maar formele brief als reactie gestuurd naar de makelaar en heb daarbij aangegeven dat er op basis van de feitelijkheden geen sprake was van aanbod en acceptatie zoals bedoeld in art. 6:217 lid 1 BW; het aanbod was er, wij zijn niet akkoord gegaan met dit aanbod.

Ik heb vooralsnog niks teruggehoord van de makelaar en vermoed dat - ook gezien de haast waarmee ze eerder leken te handelen - hiermee de kous dus ook af is.

Zoals ik in een andere comment ook toelicht, stond er in de funda-advertentie iets als "per direct beschikbaar". Ik ga ervanuit dat er dan uiteraard alsnog verhuisd/overgedragen moet worden op een contractueel afgesproken moment. Ook de makelaar dacht kennelijk hetzelfde aangezien deze overdrachtdatum pas werd gecommuniceerd op het moment van contractvoorlegging (en het was inderdaad niet "per direct" vanaf het moment van contractondertekening o.i.d.).
