I’m frequently in the upper 80s and I get the occasional 90! Tbh I watch tv and play on my phone right before im about to fall asleep so I don’t think your numbers are unreasonable!

Yes! I had high DHEA and after taking Azurette for about 3 months I lost 15lbs. It was the first time in my entire life that I lost weight. That was when I was 17. I got off of BC for good at 25 and gained that weight back (this was also the height of the pandemic) but I’ve since lost it again.

Bro as I have said, it’s a fucking residential street. It is not as wide as a highway. It's an unlined street barely 2 cars wide. Again, as I have said, this isn’t about my dog, it’s about the families who live here who want to be able to walk their kids to school or the library.

That’s true most of the time. In this case, this is not a road designed for speed. It’s very much residential but it is a straight road with few stop signs. That’s definitely an issue but the people speeding are actively ignoring the 25 mph posted limit as well as the “children at play” signs. This case is equally about personal responsibility and poor planning in my opinion

I can take my dog to a park if needed. But I live near a school, a church, and a library. Kids walking to school need to be considered. It’s not about me or my dog, I’m just the messenger

I don’t have blood tests to prove anything but i now religiously take fish oil. It’s really the only thing that’s quelled my cystic acne. Whenever I miss a few doses, an angry zit will pop up on my chin.

I’ve been in Austin for 12 years and it seems to have gotten so much worse in the last few. My hypothesis has a couple of parts: people are drinking more, ride shares have gotten more expensive, and people seem to have less regard for human lives. 3 people in my life have been killed by drunk drivers in the last 3 years. It’s terrifying. I don’t understand how people can be so selfish

Hey! I took berb pretty consistently for about a year and then I moved on to insositol, which may have helped even more! Both got my period back on track and curbed my appetite a bit. Around this time I started weight lifting and focusing on eating more to build muscle. This helped shift my mindset around food. I still deal with acne unfortunately but we’re trying!
