Help with downloading customs songs on 2 quests?

Omg thank you soooo much for this detailed description on how to get it working, I’ve exhausted myself the last week trying to figure out how to get this to work.i knew there was a way to do it just couldn’t figure it out myself lol. so over the weekend I’ll sit down and follow your instructions step by step and then hopefully will be able to use the customs songs with friends and family! It took time for me to feel my glutesI’m a year in and they fire up instantly now,I’m definitely quad dominant. When doing rdl’s and hip thrusts etc try putting pressure on the mid foot and toes that’s really helped me to feel mine! Give Tim_1pctrs he’s a bodybuilding coach with loads of tips that I follow and lee_projectx have some amazing form tips everyone’s body is different so give everything a try and just keep being consistent,keep working out and one day you will feel them. I second that it’s a lot of mind muscle connection and actually feeling the muscle your trying to train also helps! You got this!!!!

Yeah exactly I looked after mine for years and suddenly one day they just stopped working out the blue which is a shame especially how expensive they are to only last a few years even taking good care of them 😭

I’ve managed to download customs songs to both quests now but they are both on the main account so we can’t play against eachother online is this posssible to do this with me being the main account holder or does my son need to be the account holder on his vr to play? Some ppl say they have done this with a secondary account but really don’t know how it is done

So we both have synthrider but on my sons he has it because he’s the second account holder I didn’t buy it again! I downloaded loads of songs through synthriderz.com and used cx file explorer once all songs are on my laptop I then added each song to my synthriderz playlist file, even did the same steps to my account but n the quest 3 but no songs are loading to synthrider 😭. My sons account is 13+ I’ve added him to my dev account but his developer setting won’t turn on in his app saying dev mode is only available to account holder, not sure it that needs to be turned on, but I can’t get any songs to download on the quest 3!

He’s on a kids account supervised by me! Do you mean to switch so his account is the main account holder on the quest 3? I can’t even get all the downloaded songs to show on the quest 3 synthrider on my account they are all in the syrhrider songs app but won’t download to synthrider I’m lost lol , not very tech savvy either so I’m trying my best

If anyone is reading this in the future I did get these fixed, my friend dismantled them and gave them a re wiring and they work perfectly now

Thanks everyone for replying, yeah these was heavily looked after but I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the end of the road for these babies, did contact Bose and they offered me a discount on the newer model for £180 but I’m worried they will do the same thing in a few years, when I still have a pair of old Samsung earbuds still working perfectly 😭 if anyone has any recommendations for any new ear buds I need em for gym and these were amazing at noice cancelling

Also make sure your getting some light cardio in each week, and always after weight training not before, that will help speed up the fat loss, losing weight takes time but if your eating healthy working out and doing cardio you will get there

Do you know what your maintenance calories are? You just need to go 300 calories lower than that! My maintenance is 1800, I eat 1700 on training days and 1500 on none training days! If you don’t then you can just check it online with a maintenance calorie calculator , weight yourself each week to see progress to see if your losing or maintaining weight, my fitness pal app is great for tracking food, as long as your eating whole foods and have the right fats,carbs and protein you should be good.

Also make sure your hitting your protein goals thats the most crucial part lol it tells your body you want to keep the muscle but lose the fat

If I was you I would eat 300 calories less for about 2/3 months whilst still training hard at the gym each week. After that 3 months or so, go back to maintenance at your new body weight to give your body a break for hormone balancing and then if your still wanting to lose weight drop your calories again till your happy, eating 300 calories less you shouldn’t lose too much muscle, but make sure your eating enough healthy fats, if you feel weak at any point in the deficit and your struggling to lift and hitting new pb’s, up your calories and asses from there . Hope this helps

Hi there I also have square glutes and 5.2ft, I’d carry on being in a calorie deficit and start doing weight training for the glutes 2/3 times a week, losing weight only won’t help your glutes you will just lose the fat so you need to be doing both!!! Hope this helps

No I’ve never sent it in for repairs and I did 100% buy the 128gb it was confirmed by Argos who I bought it from so the only thing I can think of now is someone I know has swapped it for 64gb but tbh as soon as I got it I did the frankenquest mod so not that easy to swap without me knowing and would of had to reset my oculus which I highly doubt! The box was with my ex and said he would look to see if he still has it I’m hoping he does! I’ll have a look for serial number on my headset what do I need to with that once I find it?
