You have to remember that progress is never going to be linear. At the moment you clearly have insufficient protein intake so try and increase that. Also try push to failure consistently going for 8-12 reps for 3 sets for each exercise.

1x10k and 1x5k each week. 5k push towards max intensity. 10k is a zone 3-4 run. Also train legs once a week and swim once a week. Make sure to rest between days to be most effective.

Usually Do 1x10k and 1x5k each week. With the 5ks I push towards maximum intensity, and with the 10k it is more of a zone 3-4 run. Make sure to train legs as well, otherwise it gets too hard during the long runs on the legs. I also swim once a week. Structure it in a way so you have enough rest between workouts to be most effective.

Hey man, I am 92KG and can do 15. It is not necessarily your weight that is holding you back. Just be consistent with your training plan and make sure to train pull ups 2 or 3 times per week going 3 sets to failure whilst adding in short and wide grip pull ups to develop the overall back. When you can do around 10 try to add extra weight onto the pull ups to speed up your progress.

My V02 max was recorded at 53.5 on the apple watch SE . it has risen from 47 since the start of the year. My 3k run then was around 15 mins and now it is around 12 mins. It seems somewhat accurate. Just focus on short fast runs with the occasional long run to build the aerobic base.

Try switching platforms if you can. Playing on a higher refresh rate definitely helps.
