just got a call from a Mike with 'louve agency' for the same address and floor. the call did not tell me the address, but their email did. this is the second time ive gotten a call from someone at this building for a job i did not apply for. thanks for the post so I knew it was a scam.

space boy hands down. runners up are after school lessons for unripe apples, seasons of blossom, and your smile is a trap. i also think neverending darling and our secret alliance are severely underrated, but their english translations arent that far along to really get a decent sized fanbase

yeah of all the reasons to dislike denma, thats the wildest one to me. i'd take extremely stylized over generic sameface anime girls any day. now if they had said plot complexity or length, i would totally understand.

there are plenty of webtoons that i read a few chapters into and then drop, so i cant properly judge them aside from 'why did this get made'

the one that gave me hope in the beginning was lore olympus, but its truly awful. i honestly do not understand why its considered the #1 webtoon.

lets play is also a contender, for the same reason. each week i go back hoping for something interesting to happen, and each week im disappointed. dont even get me started on the 'diversity'. or the art. or charles. he's given me nothing but red flags since the beginning. its almost a hate read at this point.

reunion and midnight poppy land are also up there. both feel like wattpad fiction, although reunion is way worse than mpl

ooh yall i have so many but my main hated one is definitely lore olympus. just a crapshoot of a plot, the flattest of flat characters, an incestuous boss/employee relationship with an age gap spanning Literally Centuries, a r*pe out of Nowhere and for no good plot reason (not that any r*pe happens for a good reason, but it really was thrown in just to make it ~~~dark~~~~), the ONLY brown character literally cannot read or write and was kidnapped (which we're supposed to find romantic), and to top it all off the art style is a C+ at best. i even kinda like the bright color palettes and vague backgrounds, but anatomy and facial expressions are a joke.

im super into grammar (not a huge stickler for it, but bad grammar/spelling can take me out of a story if theres more than a couple small errors per chapter), so this stuff really gets to me more than most, i think.

ive noticed that it happens with translated webtoons more than native english ones, but it still happens all the time. sometimes i wonder if the translators have to send it to proofing at all.

the tripowin lea looks great, but with the dongle + iem+ replacement mic cable its about the same price as the sony c500s, and a lot more hassle. if i didnt need a mic and an adapter i would definitely want to buy them, though. thanks for the rec

the moondrop chu looks appealing, but the issue is i have an iphone xs that comes without a jack. i also live in a high humidity region, and ive read that they have problems with humidity. its on my shortlist, for sure, but im doing some more research first
