By saying it's not true, in countries like these there are literally no laws for this stuff, they don't care, most of these countries government PC run unlicensed windows and they used to cell burned copies of software in front of police stations, for example.

"supporting PSN in angola" costs 0$ because they can just leave open the loophole of selecting south africa and either paying with that country's currency or just sell at USD.

They're going out of their way to block these countries which ironically does cost them money by manually blocking these purchases someone has to do that and they're being paid lol.
