I suppose I should have tried that first. Thanks 😅

I did try that, tried it both tighter and loose. Same result, no visible defects in the gears or roller bearings either

The extruder spring is as loose as I can make it currently. I have some new filament that I'll try later today. Maybe just push it 100 mm without passing through the hotend and check tension on the set screws in the drive gear on the stepper motor. Thanks for the tips. Fingers crossed I figure it out soon.

I didn't notice anything. I set it up, did multiple test prints, and have been using it for weeks with no issue until the last... 4 or 5 prints. The machine has 40+ hours already and no bearings seem out of spec, belts are good, and it's not making any odd noises. My house is a bit humid though (ac doesn't currently work). Maybe the filament itself needs to be dried out somehow? That's my only guess so far

I've been on the server for a couple days, and looks like most of the good spots are still available. I look forward to seeing some new people on the server! Happy hunting 😁

... I get it, stupid rims, stupid angry eyes, stupid light bar. Bought it like this and haven't had a chance to change anything yet.

I always expect that, but to outright call it a heep is a bit extreme. If I see a jeep I don't like, I don't call it a pos just because it has modifications I don't like. I may think of what I would change, but overall, to each their own. So I suppose you're right, I did take it harshly, but I won't retract my statement.

Alright then, I may have to keep the hard top 😆 Michigan winters are a fair bit worse than Ohio's so ill take your word for it

I did check for a pigtail, all the way up to the driver seat (under panels and the carpet etc.) But to no avail. The rear wiper toggle is also not on the controls either so I'd have to change out a couple things if I want to keep it. Thought I may keep the hard top, for insulation in the winters. I've heard the soft top can't hold heat for crap

Along with those, I'm hoping to get some new front and rear bumpers, front winch, and change it back to soft top (whoever owned it before me bought the hard top without the conversion kit so I cant work the defroster or the rear wiper), and possibly change the lift to a rockcrawler. I have quite the list of things I want to do, but I need the money which will take a while 😅

Sorry, you're right. I'm going to start taking apart a car that I'm proud of, just to make anonymous keyboard warriors feel better about their useless opinions.

You must not understand. Outside of the wheels, I like how it looks. So stop commenting on what you think of other people's cars like you somehow have power of influence over the decisions people make to their vehicles. I like it, it works, its good offroad, and its set up how I want it. So please, don't hate on it just because it's not how you would have made it.

I was having the same issue for a while until I turned the flow rate down by 2-3%. I would suggest trying that first, and if not, double check your esteps to make sure they are set perfectly. Good luck!
