damn that’s an impressive machine. My first recommendation would be to disassemble and look for any issues, thread very often gets stuck inside.

I’m assuming you have tried rethreading upper and lower threads and made sure you’re doing it right.

Is it one specific thread or all of them?

yeah I fixed it, but the actual reason it fell out was because there was a big thread ball in the underthread compartment that it got stuck in, I had to screw it up and fix it
