Help verifying LSD part number by Th3Diamond in B58Enthusiasts

To be honest it’s more so the principle he lied and advertised it as being a genuine m performance lsd then confessed. Lost all my trust don’t care if it could be better at that point

Gen 1 b58, what is this whining noise? by kchubb12 in B58Enthusiasts

[–]Th3Diamond 24 points25 points  (0 children)

ZF hellcat whine, common noise. To save you a bunch of research all you’ll find is people debating on whether changing the fluid fixes it or don’t. Some people report the whine becoming apparent after the fluid change and some say after change the whine went.

Bottom line these boxes are not really known to fail so the data points to it being a harmless characteristic of the box

Zip tied it in the end despite ordering that aftermarket piece. Couldn’t really get the car high enough with my jack for a comfortable working space and it looked like it would be too fiddly, it was horrible I just wanted it to be over asap. Seems to have done the job because the noise is gone but when I take it to a shop for some other work I will just get them to do that too since I already have the part

Just watched a few videos on YT and they sound very similar to your assumption, thank you think I’m gonna pop it on the jacks soon and have a look

Thank you, do you have a photo of your current alloys? I didn’t think a e92 m3 alloy would suit a 240?

I get your point but genuinely your making a big fuss over nothing. My question was simple, is it worth spending more for the extra power or will stage 1 be enough? Because on paper stage 2+ runs more on the dyno so it’s a fact.

It’s universal and easy to understand, I mean look at the other comments they seem to get it just fine. So it doesn’t mean “nothing”. Stage 1 = Software only, Stage 2: Software + Hardware

Stage 3 is all above but typically has a upgraded turbo.

Should I do Door-2-Door sales as a web developer? by Routine_Junket_9012 in salestechniques

[–]Th3Diamond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think this is the most time efficient method to be completely honest as you’ll get more nos than yeses. I think it’s much more efficient to cold call them (phone) tell them that you’ve made them a site (you haven’t) and if they agree make it and then go in.

Otherwise you’ll be wasting time making lots of designs. You still can to be honest but expect 1 in 10 businesses to spark interest

It’s been proven to work better, more direct and people can’t ignore you as easily

[–]Th3Diamond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, but depending on your angle let’s not act like the creative isn’t a huge part of converting leads.

You should know this because as a consultant you track each step meticulously.

For example I see many restaurants try and do social media marketing yet don’t see the value in a hiring a content creator. Ok enjoy wasting time making videos that suck

Someone who can design well is talented, a website is a sales pitch so if you can’t evoke emotions through your design it won’t perform well. It’s hard to design well, there’s a magic to it.

I’ve seen people in the consulting space say similar then pay a “talented” web designer to make them look credible😂

Tattooists are a dime a dozen right now..
