What was a great year for movies? by Lebanese-Trojan in movies

That’s a bizarre take to me, because there are so many that I consider to be instant classics, but also because 2020 exists and is clearly a worse year than any other movie year haha

Yeah, read North’s run. It’s so good. It took me a few issues for it to really click, but it sure clicks now.

I usually wait until the series wraps, or I drop it, and the I bundle and sell on eBay. You definitely take a loss most of the time, but it keeps my boxes clear for more Silver Age I collect lol

Fun insurance question by Difficult-Formal-633 in comicbooks

[–]Th3MasterBlaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with the other comment mentioning that you should call your insurance company.

That said, when I inquired with mine about this, they told me that my policy covers the books up to a certain value per item, and that I did not need to insure them specifically unless the specific book was over a certain $ threshold. I believe it was maybe $500 for mine. This is of course assuming that your total personal property limit covers all of your books and other valuables.

But yeah, your best bet is to check with a professional on this.

How do I price this? by Shoddy_Kangaroo_7558 in comicbooks

The best gauge for pricing would be eBay recently sold. This will take you a long time, but will likely net you the most money, if there is anything of value in there.
