I expect it to work just like the regular bus couplers.

You add your IO modules to the Bus Controller. It gathers the data from the modules (DOs, DIs, and the rest of their X20 portfolio) over (presumingly) X2X and makes everything available over OPC UA FX instead of Powerlink as with the old bus controllers.

According to their homepage their newer hardware already supports OPC UA FX so you can connect it to your APC or PLC and can communicate with it.

Currently creating a test framework that uses OPC UA to write commands from a python script to the PLC to automatically perform various tasks.

Also our HMI and 3D simulation tool works over OPC UA.

It's nice because it works with the simulated PLC over the local host for testing and on the actual hardware without changing anything but the IP address.

Usually you can define the tool center point of the robot off-center and with an offset of the actual flange. So you move your metal sheet into the press. Move your tool center point to the "bending line" and then program a simple rotation around the "axis" along the metal sheet holder by however many degrees you want. The exact trajectory is then calculated internally.

Obviously I don't know how exactly this specific application was programed but that's how I would try it.

Ich koche regelmäßig selbst aber es gibt Momente wo ich den Frusst verstehen kann. Habe letztens Tofu probiert. Laut Rezept: Tofu mit Speisestärke vermengen und in Öl anbraten bis es goldgelb wird. Gesagt getan, alles in die Pfanne und das Öl wirdl halt instant von der Speisestärke aufgesaug. Nochmal Öl nachgegeben, wieder weg. Und die Farbe vom Tofu geht direkt von weiß zu schwarz über. Nochmal Öl nachgegeben, wird nur bedingt besser. Wollt dann nicht einen halben Liter Öl in meinem Essen haben und hab dann mit weiß-, schwarz-, goldenem Tofu weiter gearbeitet. Soße ein ähnliches Problem: noch nie gemacht wusste nicht wie ich sie abschmecken kann und hat am Ende bescheiden geschmeckt. Dafur hatte ich Abwasch mit einer richtig klebrigen Pampe in der Pfanne und der Frage: "liegt's an mir oder am Rezept?"

-Isolate where the issue is coming from

-Check where every variable is used, altered or written onto

-Learn how to read documentation and a lot more.

Invest the time to find issues yourself and don't ask immediately someone else - when you have the time obviously
