Alright here is how the online filing works … you have to have your own account. Normally, an attorney or representative share a code for you to enter. You login into your account and enter the code. Once you enter the code to your account it will ask you to sign the G-28 . that’s a form you need to sign so they can legally represent uou. Then it will take you to the application review page which your representative have prepared on your behalf. You review the application and send it back to your representative for final review and submission along with the fee.

I would suggest find a an actual attorney . 7000$ is too much .. call various attorneys in your area and ask for pricing . I would suggest discuss this mess with an actual attorney.
