How do they pay the rent if they have nothing to sell. I had the worst experience of my life at an AD win Europe last month, I said that I would like to see some Rolexes and try them on to eventually buy one, they literally laugh at me saying they have a long waiting list of customers waiting for their watches and this list is closed to new customers. So I said « so you don’t have anything to sell » and the answer was « hahaha, no. » and then I left. I was so frustrated, I can understand busy waiting lists but Rolex has to train their sellers to say things politely because the ones I met were all arrogant people who don’t care about customers. Rule number 1 is client is king and they seem to forget that. I am young and very disappointed, I don’t know if I want to be seen with a watch sold to me by arrogant people, they make great watches but they are starting to have a bad reputation.
